We are urgently looking for a (Junior) Telesales Executive to generate, sell, negotiate, close, and secure new business opportunities for our growing organization.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Generate, sell, negotiate, close, and secure new business opportunities and achieve the monthly revenue target;
  • Manage, maintain and develop a pipeline of opportunities;
  • Build firm relationships with prospective clients;
  • Maintain information and keep up to date with industry news and information to ensure a good level of communication awareness at all times;
  • Professionally represent Sri Lanka Jobs and adhere to agreed sales standards internally and externally;
  • Maintain accurately and up to date completion of administrative tasks and duties as required and agreed by the company;
  • Communicate accurate and pertinent information to relevant departments, teams, and clients as appropriate.

Profile

  • +1 year of Telesales experience;
  • Experience selling B2B or B2C;
  • Good negotiation, listening, and closing skills;
  • Able to build trust and rapport with customers;
  • Enthusiasm, drive, and great good communication;
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala;
