Job Profile
- First level support to internal users of digital banking projects
- Coordinate with the vendors and internal users regarding bugs fixing and new developments
- Lead the users for a successful UAT process and carrying out UAT for IT related modules
- Monitoring log files, maintaining check lists and keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensible way
- Attending IT related issues in absence of a team member
Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in ICT from a recognized university or equal qualification
- 3+ years of experience in CEFTS/Mobile Based Payments/Payment Cards/Core Banking is a must
- Experience in Python and Angular is preferred
- Strong MS SQL skills on Relational Databases like SQL and moderate DBA skills
- Hands on Experience on Web services, API and Web related development technologies
- Having previous experience in managing projects and BI tools will be an added advantage
