IT - Executive - Smart Quest (Pvt) Ltd - Willing to work outstation (Outside Colombo)
Our client is a leading apparel manufacturing group operating in Sri Lanka for over two decades and they are looking for a dynamic, innovative,
hardworking, self-driven, result oriented individuals with pleasing personality and work experience to join their group as an IT — Executive.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
• Replacing parts as required;
• Supporting the rollout of new applications;
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
• Working continuously on a task until completion (or referring to third parties, if appropriate);
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
• Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with Central IT & MIS
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Maintain PABX/IVR operations.
• Maintenance CCTV Operations
• Maintain All IT Department License/ Maintenance Document
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in IT or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Microsoft certifications
• Knowledge in Linux operating systems
• Knowledge in virtualization is added advantage.
• Work experience of minimum 3 years in the relevant field.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends when necessary
• Preferably age below 35 willing to base at Narammala.
