Full / part professional qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognisedInstitute
Computer literacy with sound knowledge of MS office package
Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala
An outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to work long hours when required
Selected candidate will be paid a monthly allowance during the training period.
