One of our high-quality rubber products manufacturing clients is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their reputable company. In this role, you will be responsible for :
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in recruitment by helping with job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Aiid in the onboarding process for new hires and volunteers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the organization.
  • Support payroll operations, contributing to the accurate and timely processing of salaries and benefits.
  • Help maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

 
Requirements:
 

  • Must be fluent in both Sinhala and English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational team environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in managing spreadsheets and using Google Suite or similar platforms.
  • Capable of effectively working with both remote and onsite teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills.
  • Passionate about animal welfare, particularly dogs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude even in the most difficult of moments.
  • Must have experience in fast-moving, high-stress work environments.
  • Must be flexible- the nature of our work is often unpredictable.
