Role Profile
- Facilitating periodic health checks around key processes to ensure proper controls and governance practices to function effectively & efficiently
- Act as the contact point and liaison for internal & external audit and ensuring compliance with all requirements encompassing data integrity and evidence of process and accuracy
- Conducting periodic reviews of KPIs, month-end reconciliations, month-end activities and drive process standardization
- Setting up regular service level reviews with stakeholders and taking necessary actions to enhance efficiencies within the team.
- Updating relevant internal policies and conducting of timely awareness programs for the employees of the business.
- Performing variance analysis for Balance Sheet, Operating expenses, Margins and Profitability
- Driving a robust Internal controls process
Personal Profile
- A Degree from a reputed institute or University OR full qualification in ICASL/ CIMA/ ACCA or CMA OR equivalent
- A successful track record with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience, preferably in a FMCG MNC
- Audit & shared service Experience of 2-3 years will be advantageous
- A high degree of Finance acumen & discipline
- Role requires ability to work under pressure and strong analytical skills
