London Stock Exchange Group is currently seeking for qualified candidates to fill the Executive - Sales Operations Job Vacancy.

Role Profile

FTSE Russell is looking to further expand the Global Sales Operations team in Colombo and recruit for a Sales Operations Associate. The Sales Operations function is at the hub of the sales business. The person holding this position is to be responsible for the administration of the Global Sales Team, supporting Sales Managers and Directors.

 

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Sales Operations Team and reporting to the Sales Operations Manager in Bucharest the individual will be responsible for the business administration of Global Sales

 

Key areas of responsibilities are:

The processing of all Sales transactions for the Global Sales Team in accordance to the ISD Sales process.

Providing data to the finance and Legal departments and Client Management function to complete sales process.

Qualifications/ Experiance 

 

It is expected with limited supervision the candidate will be able to deliver each of the key objectives of the role identifies above. It is therefore expected that he or she will have:  

 

Educated to a minimum of ‘A’ level standard or equivalent

Experience working in a client facing role

Knowledge of financial markets companies and their use of indices preferable

Proficient in MS Office Products, in particular Excel

Experience with Salesforce or another CRM System.

Language Skills desirable in either Italian, French, German or Japanese

Type of Person

 

Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with the clients at all levels within the organisation and with key internal stakeholders

Excellent communication skills both written and verbally, with a particularly excellent telephone manner

Good administrative and organisational skills – with a keen sight on accuracy and attention to detail

Delivers on commitments, is pro-active and self-motivated.

Listens actively to others, questioning to clarify and develop understanding
