Role PurposeSupports and makes changes to critical components of the infrastructure that support multiple shared services.Role Responsibilities- Translates business requirements into technical requirements needs by sourcing data and undertaking appropriate analyses under supervision- Supports in technical design and amendment decisions- Completes relevant reporting documentation and complies with internal and external standards- Supports upgrades and coordinates internal and third parties where required.- Delivers support to existing business users and investigates and resolves errors, data discrepancies and queries- Ensures an application, system, software or network’s performance, integrity, availability and security is never compromised.Minimum Requirements- This is an Individual Contributor role- Bachelors degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline- Holds deep technical knowledge of their subject matter and applies this to solving problems- Previous experience in technology based roles.
