At Creo 360 (Pvt) Ltd, an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our support Team in Colombo Sri Lanka.
 
Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Escalate the unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Provide product training to the customer

 
Qualifications

• Advance Diploma in Information technology or Business Management (Bsc Completion would be an added advantage).
• Minimum 1-year experience as customer support executive in an IT environment is a must (Preferably SaaS products)
• Experienced in working with North American clients will be an advantage
• Good English language speaking and writing skills
• Additional language skills will be an advantage (Spanish, French etc).
• Ready to work on night shift

 
Working days will be Monday – Friday (Night shift)
