At Creo 360 (Pvt) Ltd, an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our support Team in Colombo Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Escalate the unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Provide product training to the customer
Qualifications
- Advance Diploma in Information technology or Business Management (Bsc Completion would be an added advantage).
- Minimum 1-year experience as customer support executive in an IT environment is a must (Preferably SaaS products)
- Experienced in working with North American clients will be an advantage
- Good English language speaking and writing skills
- Additional language skills will be an advantage (Spanish, French etc).
- Ready to work on night shift
Working days will be Monday – Friday (Night shift)
