Job Profile
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Obtaining client information through excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
- Keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensible way using our system.
- Strong understanding of the importance of data protection and adherence to process when handling Personally Identifiable Information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing).
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Capable of managing stressful situations.
- Handle international customers
- Achieve targets
- Ability to arrange related documents
- Update systems
- Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
Candidate Profile
- Should have excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English
- Part qualification is CIM/SLIM (Business Management would be added advantage)
- Minimum 1 year work experience in similar capacity will be an advantage.
- Should possess G.C.E A/L.
- A Well-disciplined lady with good sense of team spirit and punctuality.
- Young & energetic with an outgoing pleasant personality.
