Key responsibilities
Ensure all collections of cash and cash directives received at at office are accounted/receipted and bank accurately and timely manner
Assure the highest customer satisfaction in line with the Company standards
Handle customer details diligently whilst adhering to the stipulated procedures in handling all customer related transactions
Produce reports as requested by the relevant Llne Managers
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and revenue targets allocated to the Branch whilst effectively communicating and coordinating with internal departments
Educational qualifications at experience
Poses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, articulate and professional speaking abilities in both English and sinhala languages (Speaklng Tomll would be advantageous).
Proficiency in MS othce package
Awareness on Phone etiquette
Poses strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision
Ability to work under pressure on shirt basis (10.00am to 10.00pm)
