The ideal candidate should possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful content and aid in company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling ideas and content.
Responsibilities
- Writing: Write blog posts, social media posts and content (as per the client's requests).
- Copy editing and proofreading: Make sure all content is checked and accurate before posting.
- Strategy: Create a social media strategy for clients and LayUp.
Qualifications
- Ability to write blogs and handle social media.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress).
- Strong command over the English language.
- Writing and editing skills in English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Educational experience will be an added bonus.
- Passionate about personal and company’s growth.
- Organized and independent with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree and advanced degree is a plus.
- Basic fluency in Sinhala.
