Branch Manager - Kahawatta Branch
The candidate should ideally;
possess a degree or full professional qualification in ICASL CIMA, ACCA or AIB (part qualifications may be considered)
possess at least 10 years of experience in Branch Banking (exposure to business lending
and international operations will be an added advantage)
have excellent communication skills in English
have excellent leadership and people management skills
You will oversee the operational and credit functions of the branch. You will also be expected to have a business focused attitude, comprehensive knowledge of the local economy, build a sound client base and maintain excellent relationships with clients and employees.
