Essential Responsibilities
- Capture business requirements and develop proposals for analytics-embedded software solutions
- Deep dive into client business processes and business logic underlying the ERP and CRM systems as well as any other critical data architecture to guide the Data Engineering team
- Effectively liaise with client-side project sponsors, owners and other business users on projects including feasibility studies, user story mapping, scope and timeline estimation and status of deliverables
- Communicate insights from quantitative analyses to business leadership and non-technical audiences across the business
- Develop, enhance and manage analytical solutions supporting key decision-making processes
- Develop quality control protocol, testing metrics and recommendations with input from the technical teams to ensure the reliability of data to support solutions deployed to production
- Direct development of application interfaces and build reports and dashboards to deliver ad-hoc insights
- Document both business context and technical specifications of applications and pipelines developed by the team
- Coordinate with team to track progress on project management and version control tools and maintain reporting chain
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Information Technology, Physical Science, Business Administration, Operations Management or related fields
- Prior experience in a similar role will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and ability to take self-initiative
- Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
