Presently we are looking for committed, energetic and self motivated candidates with positive attitudes to fill the following vacancy in our Head Office situated at Navinna, Maharagama.
ASSISTANT MANAGER — HUMAN RESOURCES
Candidate profile
- Degree/Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute /University.
- Minimum 3 years managerial level work experience in a similar sector.
- Should be a dynamic, self-motivated and results oriented leader.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Knowledge and experience in industrial law and IR strategies.
- Strong organizational, analytical and prioritization skills with good level of computer literacy.
Job role and Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for all HR and administration functions.
- Develop and implement HRM strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Consistently recruit and maintain smooth cadre requirement
- Manage the employee payroll.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation. and preservation of human capital.
- Preferably, dose to the vicinity of the Maharagama area.
