We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Director, Rooms to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
In this role you will report directly to the Director, Rooms and will curate unforgettable guest memories, transcending conventional experiences, consistently surpassing expectations, and establishing groundbreaking industry standards. Your influence will extend across our establishment as you lead and inspire a dedicated team in positioning Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort as the ultimate destination for guests in search of excellence and luxury.
Your multifaceted responsibilities encompass collaborating closely with the pre-opening team to develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the rooms division. Your commitment to our guest-centric approach will be paramount, ensuring that all pre-opening operations align with our brand standards and consistently exceed guest satisfaction. Revenue enhancement strategies, optimization of financial performance, and efficient resource management will be at the core of your responsibilities, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and service. Implementing training programs for staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaborating seamlessly with other departments are also essential components of your role. You will consistently monitor guest feedback, actively contributing to the establishment of a world-class, guest-centric destination that sets new industry standards and creates enduring memories.
Do you have pre-opening experience handling a similar role in a 5-star luxury property? Can you provide leadership, guidance, and training to a diverse team, nurturing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the division?
