THE CHALLENGE
- Reporting to IT Senior Project Manager, Application Project Consultants deliver new standard business solutions and concentrate on business process re-engineering and technology enablement as well as build relationship with internal customers beyond project’s lifecycle.
- We seek for several candidates to join our SAP Team on below specified modules :
- Manufacturing- SAP PP
- Sales Distribution- SAP SD
- Finance & Controlling- SAP FI/CO
- ABAP
- Supply Chain MM/WM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Delivery
- Actively participate with the team in planning and setting user story deliverables;
- Design and develop new IT solutions in collaboration with the team;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project delivery and solution design;
- Clarify project requirements to satisfy customers’ needs and expectations;
- Deliver project on time and on budget;
- Ensure proper hand over of project delivery to other teams;
- Process Improvement
- Identify and prioritize IT process improvements;
- Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Gemba, Sprint Retro meetings, etc;
- Support new process implementation and sustainability;
- Skills Development
- Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions, enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in an scrum development approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or any related discipline or equivalent qualification.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in relevant field ( SAP PP/SD/FI CO/ABAP/MM/WM ).
- SAP Certification would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
