ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Accounts Assistant can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing and recording transactions and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that any goods coming into the hotel have been properly ordered, checks invoices with receiving records. Verifies invoices to GRN goods received notice.
  • Monitoring daily revenue and reconciling/Auditing.
  • Tracking the Accounts Receivables/Credit card payments/ Reconciling for reporting.
  • Prepares cheques for supplies / invoices presented for payment.
  • Settle governments and other statutory payments.
  • Assisting to the daily finance operation.

Your Profile

  • Working knowledge of office devices and process.
  • 2 years' experience in similar capacity in a recognized Hotel.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
