Job Profile
- Adhere to company safety standards, procedures and legal requirements to ensure a safe working environment
- Lead all manufacturing processes in the shift operation
- Ensure all activities are done in compliance to HEINEKEN quality standards
- Prepare periodic management reports on production related activities
- Lead skill development of the operators towards continuous improvements
Candidate Profile
- Below 50 years of age
- BSc /NDT in Enginerring or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute
- Experience on TPM and Engineering would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, mainly Excel
- Good communication skills in both English & Sinhala
- Based at the Brewery, in the vicinity of Mawathagama/Kurunegala
