The Job
- Implementing effective communication plans to drive adoption of employees and executing campaigns with functional units to enhance the usage of digital tools
- Influencing the functional units to ensure the digital adoption is driven and providing continuous visibility on adoption of digital tools in an automated environment to the senior management
- Developing mechanism/tools for the internal teams and receive the user feedback while running growth hacking events in the company
- Supporting on establishing business plan and long-range plan for digital transformation portfolio
- Establishing a reporting model on the effectiveness, savings & revenue improvements from digitization projects
- Manage the Digi budget of the company for productive usage for digital transformation.
- Validate Return on Investments of all initiatives and Plan effective utilization of the allocated budget for digitization projects
- Work with delivery team to prepare IC, PO & payment processing of all digitization initiatives
- Monitor and report monthly basis at steering committee for decision making and be responsible to drive teams towards desired goals
- Identify the positioning and KPIs of business owners, Journey owners (experience KPIs) & Stakeholder groups and Functional excellence clusters (Operational efficiency KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness of implementation (simplification and transformation)
- Tracking on Digital adoption & positive movement towards Digital Telco Measured by LEAP / DTM framework
The Person
- Degree in Management / Engineering /Accounting/ IT, along with Masters of Business Administration
- Having a professional qualification in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
