Sewing Instructor — Maharagama Factory
Role Profile
An excellent understanding and knowledge of the garment manufacturing process.
Required thorough knowledge of garment sewing machines.
Ability to train and develop employees.
Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
Person Profile
Having being successful at the GCE O/L or AIL.
Minimum of 2 to 3 Years of experiences as a Training Instructor in Apparel Industry
A self motivated and assertive individual who is able to be a part of a transformational team.
