IFS R&D Human Capital Management (HCM) is looking for an experienced hands-on Senior Manager / Manager Software Engineering that drives and improves the process of delivering state-of-the-art solutions for businesses around the world.
As a Senior Manager / Manager Software Engineering you will have the line responsibility for a group of very talented Software Engineers, Software Architects and Product Specialists. You will have a key role in ensuring personal growth, career development and recruitment of new coworkers.
You will be part of our R&D operations of HCM solutions with >50 skilled and passionate individuals. As a member of the R&D HCM leadership team, you will play an important role, both strategically and operationally, in our success.
As a Senior Manager/Manager Software Engineering you coach and build both teams and individuals to get the most out of their potential. You provide knowledge and insight in DevOps mindset and continuously work to improve our Agile development processes.
You are responsible for forming efficient teams that collaborates well, works according to our agile 7-stage development model and delivers high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of talented software engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Recruit and onboard new coworkers, perform appraisals and set salaries.
- Collaborate with product managers, program managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
- Provide knowledge and insight in DevOps and Agile practices.
