QA Lead – Training & Development

We are a leading software product company looking to hire a dynamic and motivated Product Trainer to join our team. As a Product Trainer, you will play a critical role in empowering our Quality Assurance engineers to achieve their full potential and deliver top-notch quality products.

Responsibilities:

Rapid Product Familiarization: You will be required to quickly learn the ins and outs of our cutting-edge software product. Our ideal candidate should be a fast learner with the ability to grasp complex concepts and functionalities in a short period of time.
Training Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements among Quality Assurance engineers. You will be responsible for understanding their learning needs and creating tailored training plans accordingly.
Training Material Development: Develop engaging and effective training materials, including documentation, presentations, interactive exercises, and multimedia content. These materials should be designed to maximize learning retention and comprehension.
Training Session Planning: Create a structured training schedule to cover all relevant product aspects. Organize training sessions and workshops, ensuring seamless coordination with teams and stakeholders.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing various instructional techniques such as classroom training, hands-on workshops, e-learning modules, and webinars to cater to diverse learning styles. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be instrumental in the success of the training program. Provide Individualized coaching and support to employees seeking additional assistance or skill development in specific areas.
Knowledge Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training through quizzes, practical assessments, and feedback mechanisms. Continuously improve the training content and delivery based on evaluation results.

Requirements:

Solid background in software product development or Quality Assurance processes.
Exceptional learning agility, with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training sessions or workshops.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to plan and execute training activities effectively.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training approaches to meet the needs of different learners.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in software product training or technical education.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, testing tools, and software development life cycles.
