Job Description

Manage a team of Business Development Officers to meet team targets while achieving the assigned individual targets
Identify and develop new lending opportunities within the industry
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify areas for growth
Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their targets
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed

Education and Professional Qualifications:

Full or partial qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution, or a banking qualification from IBSL.
A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an acceptable institution is preferred
A minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in banking or financial services, specifically within a Sales Team, with leadership responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation abilities and a flair for sales
Knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activities
