Research Professor – NSBM Green University Homagama

Job Description 

National School of Business Management (NSBM Green University), the Premier Degree Awarding Institute in Sri Lanka, with an excellent academic environment and modern facilities, is in search of an outstanding personality with relevant qualifications to join the NSBM Team for the following position.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Enhance the university's research output with Scopus-indexed journal articles. 
• Guide and mentor academic staff in producing high-quality publications.
• Foster a dynamic research culture and collaborative scholarly environment. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• PhD in any discipline from a recognized university. 
• H-index of 20 or above with a strong publication record. 
• Proven experience in leading research initiatives and mentoring researchers.
