  Job Profile

• Champion - Drive New Credit Card / Loan Acquisition for the branch & ensure that branch New Credit Cards & Loans targets are achieved.
• Ensure that all other branch business roles are supported to drive new Cards & Loans through different segments – Ex – IC / PB / BB etc.
• Ensure that new customer Credit Card & Loan applications are submitted accurately with zero mandate errors & avoid re-work.
• Champion the Consumer Asset Products at the branch & also ensure that Product training & support is given to all branch staff as required.

• Ensure high standard of service through follow up of day today problems by liaising with the Branch Manager and support divisions.

   

   Special Skills

• Good sales, customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills

• Knowledge on MS Office package including E-mail, PowerPoint and Excel.

   

   Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 02 years experience in a similar capacity working in a bank or in a financial institution, with an exposure to front line sales or sales-oriented channels.
• Age should be 26 years or below.
