Spa Ceylon - the world’s largest Luxury Ayurveda chain requires a dynamic, result oriented and self-motivated person to fill the Junior Marketing Executive – Activations position:

Responsibilities

· Support planning and implementing brand activation strategies

· Develop & maintain brand activation calendar

· Coordinate with all stakeholders & ensure smooth delivery of activations

· Post activation follow up & management

· Weekly and monthly evaluations of activation effectiveness

· Identifying and creating opportunities for activations & brand engagement

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field

· Experience in a similar capacity is preferred

· Possess excellent presentation & negotiation skills

· Strong internal and external communication skills

· Confident public speaker

· Be able to function independently under minimum supervision

· Ability to work under pressure according to timelines
