Junior Executive-Banking Operations - Dialog Finance PLC Colombo

Job Role

Process accounts/deposits opening, closing, and updates, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Ensure accurate processing of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
Handle customer inquiries related to account balances, transaction details, and banking products while delivering exceptional customer service.
Ensure adherence to banking regulations & maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth functioning of the banking operations function.
Assist in testing and implementation of new banking products and systems, contributing to projects aimed at automating processes and improving service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills

Possesses a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Banking Operations.
Familiarity with core banking systems and software is a must.
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
