We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to give fast solutions for the bulk material quality issues highlighted by inspection teams and plant to avoid/minimize the impact to the organization. And work with suppliers and internal teams for material issues. Involve on material quality related things in SS and be connected with MQD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing RM stability reports and following up on any delays and transfer notes with internal teams 
• Following up on the RM shortage, rejections, and delays (based on the request) with the plant team and the BD team. 
• Working on the action plans given by the plant team, BD team, EFL team and the inspection team   
• Coordinating Ad-hoc requirements communicated by the plant and BD teams 
• Coordinating transport arrangements for trim and fabric 
• Sharing information of the sales order: line items that weren’t delivered at the call off plant the next day 
• Sharing information at Value stream meetings
• Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to while actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside the organization.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Degree/ Diploma in Textile or a relevant qualification. 
• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
• Effective Coordination and Communication skills. 
• Sound knowledge in health and safety standards including fall protection measures, risk assessment methods and Job Hazard Analysis.
