We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team in the role of Premier Relationship Manager.
In this role, you will :
• Manage a portfolio of more than 250 Premier customers and ensure continuous growth
• Actively bring in new customers and maintain a profitable portfolio
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients’ financial needs, objectives and risk appetites to offer innovative wealth management solutions
• Cross-sell personal banking services including wealth management products
• Ensure higher wallet share with HSBC and maintain a high cross-sell ratio
• Uphold the service standards expected by Premier customers on a consistent basis
• Observe compliance policies and controls to safeguard the bank from potential losses
• Ensure that the global Premier brand and its promises are delivered at all times
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Certification in CIM, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Customer-focused and pro active in obtaining referrals and enhancing deposit base
• Experience in front office roles would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Highly organised with attention to detail
