Pre-Intern Medical Officer (Administration)
Key Duties & responsibilities
Responsible for development, deployment and periodic review of Quality Assurance Strategies.
Assisting to generate hospital Policies, Medical forms for various hospital departments.
Competent to achieving set Quality Improvement Accreditation targets in given time frames.
Implementing and monitoring standards.
Implementation of Electronic Medical Records programme.
Developing the clinical pathway and clinical pathway guidelines and ensure the conformity in the ward and unit level.
Assisting to conduct quality assurance and performance improvement programs and audits.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Surgery from a recognized university.
Exposure and experience in Quality Management or similar field will be a definite advantage.
Excellent communication skills with strong analytical, presentation and organizing skills.
Flexible, dynamic, well organized and engaging with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivate, able to prioritize work under pressure with minimum supervision.
The selected candidate will be bonded for period of two years under permanent category employment.
