Key Responsibilities:
- Active involvement in the deployment of the company's marketing plan, and work
closely with the management to make sure that digital campaigns align with the overall
business strategy.
- Management of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and
TikTok.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written
posts, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Be the face and voice of our brand on social media and craft scroll-stopping content that
tap into the latest trends, challenges, and sounds (humor, education, behind-the-scenes,
and anything that sparks joy).
- Collaborate and manage influencer marketing partnerships.gaps, trends and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (fresh graduate) or professional qualification in Marketing,
Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Knowledge and experience in graphics designing, particularly in Canva (Adobe
Photoshop and Illustrator skills will be an added advantage).
- High proficiency in writing content in English and fluent in the English language.
- The ability to represent InTalent with creativity, confidence, and a positive demeanor on
social media platforms.
- An energetic personality that brings enthusiasm to the team.
- A knack for suggesting and incorporating positive changes.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
