We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as Management Trainee Customer Data Analytics. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and creating Smart Systems to analyze customer data to derive actionable insights that drive business strategies. This role combines analytical expertise with a customer-centric mindset to enhance our understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
Responsibilities
Develop Smart Systems /ML Modules
• Help develop systems that use AI, machine learning to analyze large sets of customer data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Work with various data sources to compile comprehensive customer profiles.
Customer Segmentation
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective utilization of customer segments.
• Continuously refine and optimize segmentation strategies based on evolving business needs.
Focus on Continuous Improvement
• Analyze existing AI and Machine Learning modules systems look at ways to enhance and increase efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews of the modules and ensure optimum output is delivered.
• Create and maintain easy-to-understand guidelines for the tools developed and cross train team members
Data Visualization
• Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Present findings in a clear and accessible manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Explore innovative ways to visualize complex data sets.
Collaboration
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor analyses to specific needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI tools, techniques, and frameworks for machine learning.
• Demonstrated experience in applying statistical models and methods to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills for explaining technical ideas to non-technical team members.
