Job Description
• Perform employee life cycle related HRIS actI\JIties (Attendance and Absence management, Transfers, Promotions, T and D)
• Update and maintenance of MIS reports and HR KPI reports
• Organising development programmes and engagement activities for associates
Qualifications
• Degree or relevant professional qualifications in HR from a recognised University / lnstitute
• Computer literacy and ability to handle HRIS
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills both in Sinhala and English
• Knowledge in Tamil will be an added advantage
Experience
• Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organisatlon
