Job Responsibilities
- Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business Management.
- 5+ years of experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to take decisions independently.
- Close proximity to Gampaha.
