Responsibilities
· Design and implement a robust distribution strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, taking into consideration market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
· Manage existing channel partners to optimize performance, enhance relationships, and foster growth.
· Identify, evaluate, and establish new distribution channels/ new partners to expand market penetration and increase product visibility.
· Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with dealers and other key channel partners.
· Analyze sales data and channel performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Develop and implement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth across distribution channels.
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing distribution team.
· Work closely with product development, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of distribution strategies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Management or any other similar professional qualification in a related field.
· Proven track record of at least 8+ years of experience in distribution channel management, preferably in IT-related products.
· Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful distribution strategies.
· Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster strong partner relationships with IT product dealers in the market.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to make decisions.
