- B.Sc. (First/Second Class) or Master’s/PhD with research.
Senior Lecturer:
- Doctorate or research-based Master’s.
- 6–12 years of teaching/research/professional experience.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary: Rs. 54,600–106,500 (based on grade).
Academic allowance: 144%–189% of salary.
Provident fund, pension contributions, and sabbatical leave.
