The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL), widely known as the Lake House, is the home and heart of print media in Sri Lanka. The Lake House is looking for a talented and dynamic individuals who possess the following qualifications and requirements to fill the above vacancy

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue targets and expand the advertising client base. 
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the advertising revenue of Tamil publications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies. 
• Collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, Digital, and Circulation teams to improve performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication with 3 years of experience as a Manager/ Assistant Manager or equivalent in the Newspaper/Media Industry 

Or 

• Professional membership from CIM or SLIM with 03years of experience as a Manager/ Assistant Manager or equivalent in the Newspaper/Media Industry 

Or 

• Passed G.C.E.A/L examination with 10 years of experience as a Manager/ Assistant Manager or equivalent in the Newspaper/Media Industry 
• Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written) is essential. 
• Knowledge of Sinhala will be an advantage. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, Computer literacy, and Analytical skills 
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships
