Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for end to end execution of the onboarding process
• Following up and ensuring that all stages of the Performance Management process is completed within given timelines, for the relevant business units of the holding company
• Creation of HRIS accounts and maintaining an updated system
• Providing relevant information and analytics for Management reporting
• Ensuring all HR operational activities are completed in a timely manner
Candidate Profile
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in HR
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of English and Sinhalese languages (both verbal and written)
• A dynamic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Competence in MS Office suite is a prerequisite for this position
