We have an exciting opportunity for a Director, VIP Services to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Director, VIP Services plays a crucial role in providing the highest level of personalized, luxury service to our VIP guests in line with the exceptional standards of the Cinnamon Life brand. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for our VIP guests, expertly managing their needs and special requests. You will respond to any guest concerns with an unwavering commitment to professionalism, seamless execution and genuine care and concern.
As the Director, VIP Services, you will lead a team to achieve revenue growth and improve the level of service we provide for our VIP guests. You will also lead your team to achieve ambitious sales targets and excel in customer service, fostering greater loyalty and retention among our VIP guests while also generating new business. You will maximize revenue while minimizing costs, following the financial KPIs provided by the Hotel Manager. Collaborating closely with our Reservations, Front Desk, and housekeeping teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate reservation and appropriate blocking of all VIP rooms in accordance with guest preferences.
