Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions and models to store and retrieve data.
• Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programs.
• Maintains knowledge on current and emerging trends, collaborate with the management to develop datastrategy for current and future solutions. Offer support by troubleshooting and responding to system issues in a timely manner.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elements.
• Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.
• Provide technical leadership in governance and enforcing best practices / standards for the function.
• Educate and mentor new team members / peers and drive capability management initiatives for the team. 

Requirements 

• 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role. 
• In-depth understanding of database structure principles, data mining and segmentation techniques. 
• Hands on experience with data visualization tools (Eg Tableau, D3.js and R),  ETL tools (Eg : Talend)and multiple data pipeline tools (Eg : Apache Spark, Apache Flink, Flume, Fluentd, Zookeeper, Kafka, Confluent, Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Hive, Hbase, Cloudera). 
• Exposure in working with multiple data ML algorithms (Eg : TensorFlow, PyTorch, pands, Supervised learning, Unsupervised learning, Linear regression, Logistic regression, SVM, Naive Bayes, Gradient boosting, Clustering, K-Means, Keras). 
• Familiar with Cloud technologies and services (Eg : AWS, GCP), containerization (Eg : Docker, Kubernetes) and CICD tools (Eg : Jenkins, code pipeline, git). 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and the ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms.
