Chartered Architect
We are seeking a creative and dynamic architect to work in our building design department.
The candidate should possess the necessary skills and relevant experience in designing medium to large-scale buildings coupled with necessary construction knowledge.
Candidate Profile
- MSc in Architecture from a recognized university
- Corporate Membership of Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA)
- Minimum 05 years of experience
- Knowledge of building regulations
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, architectural, structural and building services design teams and estimators
- Past experience in a construction company will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Location: Head Office - Colombo
