Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in transportation and logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of a minimum of 5 years in roles encompassing business development and marketing within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- In-depth understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and the intricacies of the industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
