Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bancassurance Sales Specialist based in Ratnapura, Sri Lanka. The primary tasks involve developing and implementing sales strategies and engaging with customers to promote Life & Health insurance solutions. The role also includes building long-term relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in banking, insurance, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building customer relationships
- Experience in promoting Life & Health insurance solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field would be an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications in banking, insurance or relevant areas would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
