Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for the business unit, overseeing the planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of projects.
- Implement and utilize various project management methodologies, including blockchain and Lean Six Sigma, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects.

Financial Management
- Plan and manage budgets for projects within the business unit.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing project delivery within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including blockchain and Lean Six Sigma.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, monitor, and report on project budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

In depth knowledge of technical feasibility assessments for project scopes and objectives.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field Master degree preferred.
- Certification in Project Management PMP, PRINCE2and or Lean Six Sigma.
- Good to have healthcare domain experience
