The University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ) is located in a beautiful setting at Gangodawila, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka, fifteen kilometres away from Colombo. The USJ is the largest university in Sri Lanka by student population. It's a leader in research and innovation, and offers a variety of courses for local and international students. Students number around 13,000 in total. With a history that dates back to 1873, the university is the second oldest university in Sri Lanka.
