The Tower Hall Theatre Foundation is a Sri Lankan institution established to promote national theatrical activities and restore the Tower Hall Theatre as a national theatre. It was established through the Tower Hall Theatre Foundation Act, No. 1 of 1978. The foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees and aims to encourage and promote national theatrical activities.
