Lanka IOC PLC is a Sri Lankan company, and a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC), that operates as the sole private sector company retailing fuel in Sri Lanka. It was incorporated in 2002 and has established a comprehensive fuel network with over 200 retail outlets, including 100 CPC-owned petrol/diesel stations. Lanka IOC also offers a range of lubricants through its SERVO shops.
