Microsoft Windows Server family, Microsoft Cloud and On-Premise server technologies, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, DirSync, Azure AD Connect, ADFS, Federated Identity Management, Windows PowerShell, Windows PC based OS, VMware ESXi, Symantec Endpoint Protection, CrowdStrike, ITIL, Incident Management, Change Management, Service Management
 
Responsibilities;
 
· Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes
· Maintain/update server inventory and CMDB
· Deploy automated scripts (PS, VBS) in the environment to effectively examine assets and fetch reports reducing manual workload
· Create, change, and delete user accounts per request in AD
· Assigning folder permissions to file shares to enable user access
· Creation/management of security groups in Active Directory
· Creation/management of GPOs
· Execute systematic server decommissioning (DC/Non-DC) and removal from environment
· Perform systematic AD clean-up on regular intervals and prepare audit reports
· System updates and patch management using WSUS
· Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary
· Supporting remote offices and datacenters
· Supporting and managing MFA via DUO Security
· Administration/deployment of virtual machines using VMware ESXi in VSAN environment and its maintenance
· Validation/verification of VMs as per organizational standard and requirement before putting it to production
· Configuration and management of NAS and SAN devices in client environment
· Management, training, directions, setting the work pace, and performance evaluation for subordinate team members
· Augment resolution time for incidents/service requests/change requests by prioritizing tickets/tasks based on skill set and expertise of team members
· Planning and managing support for incident management tools and processes
· Coordinating interfaces between incident management and other service management processes
· Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process
· Producing management information
· Managing the work of incident support staff (first and second line)
· Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement
· Developing and maintaining the incident management systems
· Managing major incidents
· Developing and maintaining the incident management process and procedures
· Performing tests for the functionality, performance and manageability of IT services to support service transition activities
· Participating in resolution of incidents and problems
· Attending CAB meetings
· Supporting service deployment activities
· Ensuring that all system and operating documentation and knowledge is up to date and properly utilized
· Meetings with customer on a regular basis to understand their needs, prioritize the tasks, and ensure that the projects are completed in a timely manner
