JOB ROLE
• Incubate (Train) and Educate every new seller who signs up on the Daraz platform about the systems, process
and best practices.
• Understand the interest, capability and capacity of the seller.
• Once seller has reached the end of his incubation period, make a decision based on qualitative and quantitative data
to appropriately categorize sellers into Key or Non-Key Accounts.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and identify performance improvement opportunity for sellers.
• Manager extremely complex activities, board scope and long implementation.
